By accessing or using Agent14, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Beta Software
Agent14 is currently provided as a beta product.
The software may contain bugs, incomplete features, inaccuracies, interruptions, or unexpected behavior.
Agent14 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Nature of the Service
Agent14 is an agentic development environment designed to assist users with software development workflows.
Agent14 is not a software engineering service, consulting service, legal service, security service, or professional advisory service.
All outputs generated through Agent14 should be independently reviewed and validated by the user.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Agent14 may use third-party artificial intelligence models and services.
AI-generated outputs may contain:
- Errors
- Omissions
- Inaccurate information
- Security vulnerabilities
- Defective code
- Misleading recommendations
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving any content, code, actions, configurations, deployments, or modifications generated by Agent14 or by any AI model used through Agent14.
No Responsibility for AI Outputs
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Chironte Labs, Agent14, its owners, contributors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, security incident, data loss, business interruption, financial loss, legal claim, or other consequence arising from:
- AI-generated content.
- AI-generated code.
- Automated actions performed by AI agents.
- Decisions made based on AI outputs.
- Errors or failures of third-party AI providers.
The user assumes all risks associated with the use of AI-generated outputs.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your code.
- Your repositories.
- Your infrastructure.
- Your deployments.
- Your credentials and secrets.
- Any actions executed through Agent14.
You should maintain backups and appropriate security controls before allowing automated actions to modify systems or files.
Third-Party Providers
Agent14 may integrate with external providers including AI model vendors and development tools.
These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, limitations, pricing, privacy practices, and availability conditions.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use Agent14 to:
- Violate applicable laws.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware.
- Perform unauthorized access to systems.
- Conduct harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Chironte Labs and Agent14 shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
During the beta period, where no fees are charged, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Agent14 constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Chironte Labs and its operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
